You can help the Bill of Rights Defense Committee for years to come. It's always hard to think about estate planning, but it can be one of the most thoughtful—and most generous—steps you can take to protect civil liberties and defend the rule of law. Through a bequest to BORDC, you can leave a legacy that will make a difference for the Constitution and all Americans.

  • Make a specific bequest of a particular dollar amount, stock, or property.
  • Make a residuary bequest, a gift of all or part of your estate after expenses and other bequests have been paid.
  • Make a contingent bequest, a gift that takes effect only if the primary beneficiary or beneficiaries predecease you.

All charitable bequests are fully deductible from your gross estate.
